Madison McKinley: Celebrity, Star and Model Of Television & Motion Pictures

Madison McKinley, reality star, actress and model, is perhaps well known for her work on ABCs “The Bachelor “Season 15,” where she used to be a contestant in the Spring of 2011. You may not recognise her given name, but as a contestant on the popular reality series she was nick-named “Fang Girl,” which is how you may recognise her.

Madison McKinley, born Madison Garton, the 25 yearold blond bombshell was born in Vail, Colorado, where she grew up and attended the Vail Mountain School. Her modeling career began in high school, when she tried out for the Sports Illustrated Swimming costume Calender. Although she didn't quite make it, she was noticed by a top model agent and moved to New York, where she started her modeling and acting career.

McKinley’s credits begin all of the back in 2007, when she appeared on NBCs “30 Rock.” Her breakout year was in 2009, when she appeared on “Kings,” “Michael and Michael Have Issues,” and the popular “Rescue Me,” Though the producers of “The Bachelor” had a tactic of not hiring actresses as contestants, they saw she had the it factor, and brought her in to the show, where she clearly made waves.

McKinley appears to have a “thing” for vampires, and when she moved to NYC, she had non permanent vampire fang implants installed. Though she didn't wear them on her prior television and modeling appearances, she did on “The Bachelor.” Brad Womack, the Bachelor, was smitten by her looks and character, and basically found the fangs “hot.” Of course, this drew the consternation of fellow competitors, who obviously thought she used to be a unusual young girl, playing games. And therefore, McKinley’s infamy was born – “Fang Girl” clearly has negative connotations.

In 2010, Madison Mckinley appeared on “White Collar” Television series twice as hostess and attendant. In 2011, she appeared on “Damages” Season 4 and “The Smurfs 3 D” film as model. Although, she played the characters, who had zero line to 1 or 2 talking lines; she is capable of talking volumes with her facial expressions alone according to her modeling photos. 2011 MadisonMckinley-G.com – Read up about Madison Mckinley at fansite :.

Tips to find Band For Wedding Reception?

Every great party has 3 things in common: great food, good ambiance, and great music. As you plan your important event, you'll be inundated with decisions about everything from color schemes to pudding platters, but when it comes to deciding on the music you need for your big smack, it truly comes down to 2 main categories: live music or recorded music. In this piece, we will be talking about the advantages of hiring live bands for a party or marriage.

Recorded music is an easy and cheap fix. Anybody can make a play list and play it on a stereo system, and almost everyone has the knowledge to burn a CD of their favorite music. Even a child can plug in their transportable MP3 player and just hit shuffle. But where is the fun in that? This is a great thing to do for a small gathering at home , but for an extra-special event like a marriage or anniversary party, you would like to make it a noteworthy experience.

You could go with the choice of hiring a professional DJ service, but face it: many of us have been to receptions with a DJ, and the result's generally pretty sad. DJ services customarily have their workers follow a prescribed script, complete along with corny jokes and cliche play lists. How many times have you been to a wedding reception where the DJ played a long listing of disco classics and Top 40 pop hits? You have the choice of choosing the class of music you would like with a DJ service, but if you want something a bit more elegant or if you want some good rock, there isn't any smarter choice than hiring a live band..

The musicians that you hire will want to make an impression on you and your visitors with their skills, unlike a DJ who simply has to play the correct recorded music. In this fashion, a live group is far better because they're going to work hard to play their best and put on a great and entertaining show for your party guests. They feel connected to the music that they play, and that connection translates to a personal commitment to performing to the very best of their abilities.

The ambiance that an onstage music performance can contribute to your event is perhaps the greatest benefit to hiring a live band. For example, if your marriage reception is a black tie affair, having a group of musicians playing in a string quartet would add an unmistakable touch of class and refinement to the final environment of your reception. Similarly, if you need to make an atmosphere where people are going to want to get up and dance, a high energy rock or soul band can actually create the mood wanted to get folk out of their places and onto the floor.

If you decide to hire a live band for your event, all you have to do is get online and conduct an easy net search. There are numerous music booking sites out there where you can enter in your location, sort of event, and the type of music you want to hear and the site will create a listing of all the musicians in your neighborhood. You can check out photos and hear samples of their music, and then meet the band directly through the information given on the booking site.

Asking for Grant Money

Grant Writing is just a proposal asking for money from an organization who gives a way money to non-profits. This process is referred to as grant writing. Grants are exactly like the word implies. Grants is a gift of money which does not have to be repaid. Grant writing does not need to be hard but it is a sensible idea to learn a definite process from mavens. I find the hardest part of grant writing is the analysis to find the organizations that are prepared to grant money. Learning how to write the grant proposal, or proposal requesting the funding could be the easier part. Many make learing the process of learning grant writing tough. Below I am going to help you understand the grant writing process and how it’s possible for you to speed up the method of doing it.

The majority of institutions who’ve money to give away need your non profit to have irs 501c3 standing. The institutions who’ve this money got it from those donating funding to them to begin with. Once the money is donated to a non-profit, it must be used for non profit purposes or given to other nonprofit organizations. The nonprofit the money is given to can either be backed by a fiscal sponsor or be an independent nonprofit. To get funding from grant money the non profit typically is required to have non profit status.

To help with the study process, there are some handy tools, both paid and free to help an nonprofit find available grant money through grant writing. It doesn’t have to be a unpleasant process to find the grant money, but it does require some work. The selection of tools available to help the analysis process is discussed more at the link on the bottom of this page. Funders sometimes only give grants to non profits who help them achieve their mission. In searching for funding organizations, it is going to be important to find funders that have similar missions as the nonprofit that wants to get the funds. For example, it might be unlikely that a funding nonprofit that’s got a mission to help at-risk children would give funds to a nonprofit that is targeted on helping destitute men.

After finding a funding nonprofit with an identical mission statement, a letter is written, called a grant propsal, asking for the funds. It’s required to check with the funding nonprofit to see what information is needs to be included in the grant letter. It is not uncommon to find this info listed on the funding funders web site. Some times a funding nonprofit specifies that a grant request be sent before they are going to accept a grant letter. This grant request gives the funding nonprofit some basic information about the nonprofit requesting the cash before letting them send a grant letter.

Because this is a two-step process, grant writing can be a long process. There’s also no assurance that funds will be granted at the end of the process. Lots of the time, there is a quicker method of grant writing that can shorten this two-step process. Many grant propsals are over 40 pages long. By shortening the two-step process of grant writing down to one document that can serve as both the grant request and the grant proposal the individual grant writing can save lots of time. Many are unaware of this short document that is called the 8-page grant proposal.

The 8-page grant letter was developed by a friend of mine, who has refined the process throughout the years. In the last years, thousands of the most well-known non-profit organizations have been taught the process in 63 countries and every US state. I teamed up with him to make it possible to learn the process of grant writing in the luxury of your own home. The workshop takes slightly under 5 hours to listen to and teaches all that you need to do to create effective 8-page grant letters.

You can right away begin writing prize winning grant proposals after you finish the workshop. By learning the 8-page grant writing methodology you will know the way to find funders who will grant you money and effectively request those funds. This is going to help you access the funds your nonprofit wants thru grant writing.

Nonprofit Application

Many make the process of starting a non-profit and filling out the 501c3 application hard when in actuality it is a fairly simple process. Many when beginning a non-profit search for the”501c3 Application,” when actually there are far more steps than merely the 501c3 application. There are innumerable businesses which make their living off of charging exorbitant costs to help others who need to start non-profits. It is not a requirement to pay someone else money to fill out the 501c3 application when setting up a nonprofit. Setting up a non-profit can be done efficiently. Read on and I will explain the method to help any person get a non-profit started without having to pay a lot of money to do it.

Many continually search the net looking for all the steps to make a nonprofit, while simutaneously hoping to find a reasonable way. There’s sometimes 2 ways to form a nonprofit for doing charitable nonprofit work. First is by creating an independent 501c3 nonprofit and the 2nd is through Fiscal Sponsorship. Both ways of creating a nonprofit work fine, however I believe more people enjoy running the Fiscally Sponsored nonprofit. A Fiscally Sponsored nonprofit has very little paperwork or expense to start and no 501c3 application. The method to start each is explained below.

Independent 501c3 Application

The steps to make an independent 501c3 are not as long as they are tough. Creating an independent non profit isn’t inexpensive and can run over $1000 in just the fees to file the 501c3 application with the state in which the non profit is incorporating and the IRS. Sadly, there’s no way round the incorporation charges and the filing charges to the IRS. However, you do not necessarily need to pay somebody to help you do do this. The steps are:

1. Incorporate a non-profit corporation in the state you you will work in

2. Create Bylaws in which to govern your corporation

2. Make an application for tax exempt standing by filling out and filing the IRS Form 1023 (501c3 application)

3. Sign up for an EIN number

4. Make an application for a business license

5. Open a checking account once the non profit company is established

That is truly all there is to it. I will be able to warn you that the IRS FORM 1023, which some call the 501c3 applicaition is long and somewhat tough to fill out. You might need to consult an expert and pay a fair fee for help to get this 501c3 application completed. Once the IRS FORM 1023 is filed with the IRS it can take many months until accepted.

No 501c3 Application

However, Fiscal Sponsorship is clearly a simpler route since there is no 501c3 application. Fiscal Sponsorship is a formal arrangement in which a 501c3 public charity sponsors a project that requires non-profit status. Typically, a non-profit set up thru Fiscal Sponsorship takes less than 4 weeks to get approved and less that $400 to set up. Thru Fiscal Sponsorship, the non-profit should have the facility to do anything it could as an independent non-profit. Fiscal Sponsorship is a awesome way to start a non-profit and allows the business to do non-profit work with 501c3 standing without all the hassle or cost of beginning an independent non-profit. In addition, most Fiscal Sponsors take care of the accounting, banking and back office services as well as providing training and 100% support. The steps are:

1. Find a Fiscal Sponsor which will sponsor the non profit

2. Fill out their application which is typically short

As the sponsor most times takes care of the rest, once the 501c3 application is filled out that’s all there is to it. There’s generally a large number of amenities the sponsor includes so be sure to take advantage of all of them.

As you can see, beginning a non-profit hasn’t got to be tricky to figure out the steps. The steps are reasonably easy, its compiling the info that’s the hard part. Above all, find pros and associations that can provide you counsel, info, and support for minimal charges. The help in getting a non-profit started should not cost you thousands and will be straight forward.

A Fast Overview of an Audit versus A Review

Private enterpises are traditionally not required to have audits of their financials annually. If a non-public company is looking for some level of assurance, they are going to want to consider either having an audit performed, or a review performed. The following is a brief discussion on the differences.

An audit provides a much higher level of assurance than a review. The object of a review is to show that nothing came to the attention of the accountant to signal the financials were not legitimate. This negative assurance simply says that nothing stuck out to the accountant that seemed out of the ordinary. An audit on the other hand, provides a high level of assurance. The result of a clean audit is the statement that the financials are free from material misstatements. An audit can be trusted to prove the proper presentation of the financial statements way more than a review can.

Due to this, some places (like banks offering financing) will ask for an audit of the financial statements before offering a company a loan, and may even require them to have an audit every year while they have the loan to be certain that they’re going to be able to pay the interest and debt repayments. An audit allows the banks to be safer about lending to companies, which could also permit them to lower the rate of interest on the loan.

When an audit is performed, the chartered accountants do extensive work with the business’ internal controls. A review only is composed of consultations with certain people at the business, performing comparison testing with proportions and having a look at prior financial reports to search for plausibility, and making enquiries about monetary, operating and contractual information. A review doesn’t involve examining the business’ internal controls or any of the other highly detailed tests that are included in an audit.

While an audit provides a raised level of assurance and potentially some suggestions for improvements with internal controls, it’s also more expensive. If an audit isn’t demanded by a financing company or the like, then there’s not very much economic reason to have one performed when a review would suffice.

Defining Exhibition Goals and Objectives in the Marketing and Advertising Plan

Your trade show sales and marketing plan should inform any executive at your company why it’s a good idea for you to be exhibiting at the trade show you have chosen. Accordingly, it’s important to include in the plan measurable objectives and goals for the show. As you begin to make a list of goals, you want to keep in mind that when the show is over, you will be using these to gauge your success as regards how well you achieved these objectives and goals. Keep them realistic.

First, you need to have targets and objectives for the products and services area of your company. If your company offers a multitude of products and/or services, then you are going to have to narrow your focus in this area to just a few objectives. As you begin to do this, it’s imperative that you keep in mind the requirements, needs , and objectives of your key prospects who will be attending the trade show. What services and goods do you offer that are going to be most interesting to your most important visitors?

Goals in the services and goods categories do not need to be sales-based. Instead, they are better if based mainly on Return on Objectives (ROO) which measures if specific activities have been accomplished. Goals and objectives that might fall into this category may include any of the following:

– An explanation of benefits, features, and information
– A side by side comparison of your products or services with other solutions or vendors
– A demonstration of an improvement in a service or a product
– A spotlight on a new product or service

The second category for which you should have measurable targets and goals is marketing, sales, and research data points. Even if you are already working with your qualified leads when it comes to this category, widen your focus a bit! Think outside the box a little with this class and talk to some other departments in your company. Is project management or is R&D working on something that could profit from exposure at this trade show? Ask around. You could be stunned at what you learn and the new concepts that grow.

Keep under consideration that each time you exhibit at a trade show, you ought to establish a new promotional plan for that show. Except that, when it comes to the networking as a goal in itself, you will probably notice that your goals and objectives are the same everywhere, show to show. It’s likely the only true difference you can see in this target area is quantitative – the number of events and contacts you target for the show will change depending on the specific show.

At the end of the goals section of your sales and marketing plan, you want to list your quantifiable goals. These goals are what you will track to discover how successful your exhibition at the trade show truly was. Examples of measurable goals could be:

– Make contact with a certain number of key prospect decision makers.
– Set up a certain number of sales meetings per salesperson to take place at the show.
– Establish a certain number of new leads.
– Have a certain number of meetings with the media at the show.

When you arrive at the trade show, and during the course of the show, you will be able to tell who planned for the show and who did not bother to plan. You will see how much better your team looks and how much more successfully your team functions solely because you took some time to make preparations for the trade show and set these goals.
