I often experienced itchiness on my head and this was very irritating and I came to know that this was because I was having dandruff. I have tried all possible ways (like anti-dandruff shampoos) to get rid of dandruff but the result was zero.

  • Soak a spoon of fenugreek (mehti in Hindi ) seeds in water for seven to eight hours  and then make a  fine paste of it and apply it on your head and leave it for at least 30 minutes and then wash it away with water in  which lime juice is added.
  • Massage your hair gently with curd and rinse after half an hour
  • Apply a mix of lime juice and alma juice to the head. Keep it overnight and wash next day
  • Massage your scalp gently with warm coconut oil twice a week or thrice a week
  • Apply olive oil to the head the night before you take head bath
  • Avoid hair spray, gel, and other cosmetic hair products

How Can I Quit smoking?

Are you a smoker? And do you want to quit smoking? If you ask me that is one of best decisions because smoking not only ruins your heath but it also ruins the health of your near and dears. To quit smoking is not an easy job, as it requires high will power and determination.  Chain smokers find it even more difficult to quit. Some these suggestions may sound silly to you , but they work.

I saw my some of my friends smoke before or while taking tea or coffee, before or after a class. If you are one of those try not to take extra money to your study place

Have a look of ill effects before you smoke and automatically start hating it.

Throw the cigarette packets away and all the other material related to it. so you may not smoke when you wish to do so.

The younger generation specially the youth are more focused on their physical fitness and in order to this they ask a most common question i.e. How to gain strength by building their muscle, and the most common reply they get is to go to gym every day and follow the gym instructors instructions strictly.So,Many people now a days are going to gym in order to build their strength by building muscle .If you’ve decided to get stronger, there are certain things you should be doing in the gym to maximize your results.

However, you may need to adjust what you’re doing based on the kind of muscle you’re aiming to build. 2.  Use free weights

Using machines restrict your muscles to one plane of movement and also aid in supporting the weight. By switching to free weights (such as dumb-bells) your muscles are forced to stabilize the entire weight throughout the movement, also without the support of the machines your muscles are hit from several angles. This helps you in increasing the strength in your arms. There different types of exercises that one can do with dumbbells like flat chest dumbbells, inclined chest and shoulder dumbbells. DO this as per gym instructor’s instructions

3.  Leave abs, forearm, and calf work till the end

Many bodybuilders leave their calf, abs, and forearm routines until the end of their workouts. Because you rely on these muscles for the majority of exercises. The forearms are used for grip, the abs for core strength, and the calves for stability. By working these muscles first you’ll lose performance whilst working the major body parts.

While doing these exercises in order to gain strength and build muscles we need follow the Gym instructor strictly.

In order to gain strength and build up muscles you need to have proper diet. That means do not eat heavily; have a glass of milk every day. If possible eat an egg twice a week. Drink plenty of water whis remove unnecessary fat from the body.

Do not take a break for a long time in between your work outs and do not take fewer breaks as it may strain your body.

In order gain strength and build muscles you need maintain the time or your work out time constantly.

Other things that help to gain strength are jogging, Dips, pull-ups, swimming etc and swimming is the best exercise because it involves every body part.

As a result of these exercises you can observe that hunger increases and then you need take food (proper food) and then your strength increases.

How to Increase Height Naturally By Exercise

Stretching – This exercise strengthens the muscles and reduces the compressions of the discs of the invertebrate. The cartilages of the spine become thick and lengthen it increasing the height.

Dry Land Swim: It is also known as the Alternate Leg Kick and focuses on lower back. To perform this exercise, a person has to lay down flat on the stomach and extend the body completely

How does it is the question now..! Well the procedure is as follows

Lie down on the floor or on a mat as if your swimming and then One arm should be lifted higher than the other, say the left arm is placed above the right. Keeping the legs in straight position, the right leg should be raised off the ground as much as possible. In the initial stages, this position should be maintained for at least 4 seconds before repeating the process on other leg. However, the aim should be to reach a stage where this position is continued for 20 seconds. In order to increase the effectiveness of this exercise to increase height, wrist and ankle weights can be added to the work out. It enhances the stamina and tone up the lower back muscles further.

Exercise that increases height 5

Swimming: swimming is the best exercise known to increase height and this help to increase height quickly.

Very important point to be noted is all these exercises should not be started at once and also time span should be minimum at the start let us take it as 15 minutes and then we need to gradually increase it to 1 hour and then 2 hours to max. if you want to stop these exercises you need do it gradually.

Few important eye exercises are listed below:

i). Arm exercises : Fold your arms with your hands in such a way that your palm must touch your arm pits and then stand in a relaxed manner and take your shoulders in a circular motion and resume the back to earlier position , do this for at least 4-5 minutes per day.

Touch your neck with your chin and then move head in a circular motion in such a way that it first touches your right shoulder and then it touches the left shoulder and do this for at least 12 times this helps in relaxing the nerves.

Eye Exercise to Improve Your Eyesight No: 1

Make an effort to stare at something in the distance every 30 – 60 minutes for at least 30 seconds. You can do this by simply looking at the other end of the room you are in, or looking out the window.

This exercise will improve your focus of distant objects, by preventing the eye becoming “used” to focusing only on objects that are close to you.

Eye Exercise to Improve Your Eyesight No: 2

This is similar to the first exercise, but involves you putting your finger in front of your face about a hands distance away from your nose.

To do this exercise look at your finger for a few seconds with one eye (keeping the other eye closed) then look at something in the distance (ideally as far away as you can see).

Repeat this exercise 20-30 times for each eye.

When you do this you should feel you eyes changing focus from the finger to the distant object you are looking at. This is an excellent exercise for improving the focusing ability of your eyes.

Eye Exercise To Improve Your Eyesight No: 3 Near and far focusing

  1. Sit in a comfortable position, or stand, this will only take 2-3 minutes at a time.
  2. Put your thumb about 10 inches in front of you and focus on it.
  3. Now focus on something else about 10 – 20 feet in front of you.
  4. On each deep breath switch between focusing on your thumb and the 10-20 feet object in front of you.

This will strengthen the muscles in your eyes over time and improve your vision overall.

Eye Exercise To Improve Your Eyesight No: 4

Put your palm on your eyes. Sit with your elbows on your knees and palms on your closed eyes. Do it softly so that no pressure is exercised on eye balls.

Eye Exercise To Improve Your Eyesight No: 5

Early in the morning stand in a place where sunlight falls. Face the direction where the sun is and stand with your foot 1 feet away from each other and then move your body from right to left sun light in the early hours of the day should fall on your eyes as it contains VITAMIN D which is very essential for eyes and skin.

Eye Exercise To Improve Your Eyesight No : 6

one popular method that works is “palming”. Palming is best described as warming up your hands and covering your eyes for 2 minutes.. Do not allow any light to come through your hands. if you are finding it difficult, simply recollect  a happy memory. Do this 3-4 times a day.

Other suggestions which will help you to improve your eye sight :

Wash your eyes with cold water once they are strained and dry with a soft piece of cloth.

Eat leafy vegetables as they rich vitamins and iron which helps to improve your eye sight

Keep yourself at least 2-3 feet from your computer screen and at least 6 feet away from your TV screen or Another way to improve your eyesight is to take frequent breaks from your television and computer to allow your eyes to relax and readjust as our eyes are not designed to focus on a particular place for a long time.

Start your day with a glass of water. As soon as you wake up have a glass of water. Do not drink water at least half an hour before or after having the meal. This may gain weight. Avoid drinking cool drinks, sodas and other sweetened drinks.

Follow balanced diet: avoid FAT content or in the other words avoid food that has high fats in it. Avoid non-veg as far as possible. Eat homemade food which will be having less fat content. Avoid junk food which has high FAT content, high calories and high carbohydrates which will make you gain weight. Avoid oily food or take food which is made of less oil.

Role of vegetables: Obesity generally caused due to  lower consumption of vegetables in the diet. Vegetables come packed with vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and fibers. They are low in calories and low consumption of these vegetables makes you full . That in turn will help you eat less and loose weight. Carbohydrates play an important role in in the diet, carbohydrates are very important role in our body. There two types carbohydrates i) simple carbohydrates ii) complex carbohydrates. You need to balance both in order be fit  Simple carbohydrates are easy to digest.. Fruit juice, yogurt, milk, honey, maple syrup, molasses, fruits, etc., are some examples. Complex carbohydrates come with lots of fiber, and take longer to digest. Bread, cereal, pasta, legumes, etc., are some examples.

Take food 5-6 times than a bulk at a time or two times a day. That means 5-6 small quantities of intake is better than 2-3 large quantities of intake.

It is not advisable to change food habits all of a sudden but you should change you need change food habits gradually.

Exercise and Body Workout: Along with a healthy diet, exercise will help  your body to lose weight. Workout and exercise play a an important  role to burn the fat. Around 30 – 40 minutes of daily exercise is advised by health experts. Activities even like daily walking for 20 -30 minutes can help you lose weight. If you do not find enough time to exercise or workout on your body every day, you can you can walk to the shopping mall instead of a ride, engage in some outdoor activities instead of being glued to the television or a computer . Your body does not mind losing fat even it is a gym or a play ground or a park.
